The terms that apply when you work with Klarwerk.
Services
Klarwerk provides web development, Shopify store setup, and Meta Ads management as described on this site. Work begins once the scope and price have been agreed in writing following a consultation.
Pricing & Payment
Project fees are fixed and agreed upfront before work begins. Optional ongoing services (maintenance, Meta Ads management) are billed monthly and can be cancelled anytime with 30 days notice. Invoices are payable by bank transfer according to the payment terms stated in the proposal.
Cancellation & Refunds
Optional monthly services may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. One-time project fees cover work already performed and are non-refundable once work has begun, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all agreed deliverables (website files, designs, store configuration) become the client's property. Klarwerk retains no ongoing rights to the delivered work.
Liability
Klarwerk is not liable for indirect damages, outages of third-party platforms (such as Shopify, Meta, or hosting providers), or business results, which depend on factors beyond our control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law.
